Our organization reserves the right, to change, modify, update, add or remove all or any portion of these Terms of use at any time.

1. Third Parties Liability & Fire Insurance to our vehicle.
2. Unlimited Kilometres.
3. Tires, damages under the car and windscreens insurance.
4. Collision Damage Waiver Insurance – CDW** excluding the deductible amount.
5. Theft Protection Insurance TPI.
6. Roof rack.
7. Wheel snow chains.
8. Road maps.
9. VAT, Municipality Tax & Airport & Port Surcharges.
10. 24 Hours Road Assistance.

• 550 € for Groups A, A1, B1
• 750 € For C1, D1, Automatic
• 1500 € for Groups E1, F, G1

1. Full Damage Insurance – FDW: 5 €/day.
2. Second additional driver (or more): 4 €/day.
3. Baby seat: 3 €/day.
4. Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

1. The mentioned car types are indicative only.
2. All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License, issued at least one year before the rental.
3. Minimum Drivers age is:
   • 21 years for car groups A, A1, B1, C1, Automatic, E
   • 23 years for all other car groups.
4. Rates are calculated on the basis of collection/return to the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24 Hour basis from the vehicle pick up. For over 1 hours delayed drop the renter will be charged locally an additional day.
5. Above mentioned not included compulsory and/or additional charges are payable, unless otherwise stated on the agents voucher.
6. No show clients or cancellations up to one day before pick-up date will be charged up to 3 days of the net rates.
7. Partially used vouchers without our prior confirmation.
8. For car categories A, A1, B1, C1 applicable advance booking period up to 4 days prior to pick-up, for all rest categories up to 7 days prior to pick-up.
9. International one way rentals: Are not available.

• Collision damage by alcohol or drug abuse as well as traffic law violations.
